You've sent the applications. The inbox stays quiet.

You're not the only one. 8.5 million people in South Africa were unemployed in the second quarter of 2026, and the unemployment rate for ages 15 to 34 was 47.4% (Stats SA). ApplyMaxx is built to make every application count.

  • Is it you, or is it your CV?

Nobody tells you why the replies don't come, so you rewrite it again and hope.

  • By the time you find it, others have applied.

A job you spot a week late is a job with a long line in front of you.

  • Every board shows its own slice.

You search several sites, then wonder what you missed.

  • Your spreadsheet stopped keeping up.

Where did you apply? Who replied? You're not sure anymore.

Your job search, in four steps.

Score your CV once. Then open one feed a day.

  1. Score your CV

Upload it, choose a role, and see what to fix.

  2. Open your feed

Jobs from the last 24 hours, best fit to your CV first.

  3. Apply, then mark it

Apply on the employer's site. Marked jobs leave your feed for good.

  4. Track what happens

Move each job to Interview, Offer or Rejected as you hear back.

Know what's holding your CV back before a recruiter does.

Upload your CV and choose the role you want. You get a free score for that role and a short list of what to fix.

  • Scored for the role you're aiming at

Every job has a line. Be at the front of it.

A job posted this morning has fewer applicants than the same job next week. Every 24 hours, ApplyMaxx shows you the jobs that just went up, best fit to your CV first, so you can apply while the line is short.

  • Jobs posted in the last 24 hours
  • Ranked by how well they fit your CV
  • Listings from Adzuna's South African feed

In my own search, how early I applied made a difference to whether I got an interview.

I got rejected. So I made my CV hard to reject.

My own search started with applying to many positions and getting rejected.

So I focused completely on making my CV as attractive as possible to recruiters, so desirable that I became very difficult to reject.

This took a long time. I went through courses, YouTube videos and research papers, and my CV went through 23 iterations before I reached the final version.

From that point I started making CVs for classmates and fellow students at my university, and they got jobs. I ran a business selling those CVs, and they got jobs.

Then I got a job myself, and my focus moved away from the business.

ApplyMaxx is how that work reaches everyone else: a score for your CV, fresh jobs every 24 hours, and one place to track it all.
